Max is a marketing and advertising person who thinks a lot about content and how brands should use it.  When not thinking deep thoughts, he is an archivist and amateur historian (he buys records) of punk rock and DIY music.  (Insta: @maxrecordroom). XiaoHwa Ng Co-Founder

XiaoHwa was excited more than anyone to have an excuse for submitting pics of her kids, her baking projects and her dog Boomer. XiaoHwa has been with New-A since 2015. As the co-founder of Participation Trophy, she hopes to win some cookbooks, maybe a non-stick frying pan and, of course, a fashion mag cover page for her kids. #thatmom

This is Serena. In her spare time when she is not covered in cake batter, she likes to dabble in 5 minute hobbies. A few weeks ago she decided it was to be more active. It was only when she arrived at Breakneck Ridge Mountain in Upstate NY she found out then that the hike she was supposed to embark on involved a 1,260 ft steep rock-climb before hitting some sort of level ground. Ever since then she knew not to overestimate herself.

Here is Stella. She is passionate about programmatic advertising and likes learning new cool stuff and doing online contests to have a feeling of involvement. She is also an animal lover and cares about animals in different sizes from shiba inu puppies to chestnut horses.

Fran Guerriero Contributor

Fran is married to a plant. They share an apartment in Brooklyn where they avoid all contact with their landlord but enjoy the comforts of good friends and a stolen HBO Go password. Fran is technically a therapist, and she cares about using social media to promote greater awareness of "the important things in life."
