Open Up Summer with Smirnoff Ice!

Smirnoff Ice, which is called the "most popular vodka" in the world, is having a summer weekend contest asking participants to submit their weekend photos with Smirnoff Ice alcohol products to get a chance to win a $1,500 gift card to a worldwide vacation rental company. The prize sounds enticing even though I still have no idea about what "vacation rental" really means after Googling it. The contest page looks very pretty so I decided to enter it. 




After hitting "ENTER", I filled in more personal info which included my name, city, phone number, email and birthday. The next step was to upload my photo with Smirnoff Ice in it and then hit "SUBMIT". 




Below is the photo I submitted for this contest. My friend Megan made a "Peach Pit Punch" drink and took this photo a while ago for our getaway. It was an easy drink for summer vacation and weekend getaways. Here is the recipe: 2 cups of Smirnoff Peach, 1.5 cups of orange juice and 1.5 cups of cranberry juice. Mix everything together and then enjoy! 

Summary: The contest page is cool and the whole experience was pretty easy and straightforward. All you need to do to enter the contest is to submit your personal info and upload a photo featuring Smirnoff Ice. The whole process took less than 5 minutes for me.
